AP MM Lead – S/4HANA Public Cloud Location: Navi Mumbai Position Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 10 –15 years Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Lead with expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud to lead the implementation and optimization of the Materials Management module. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration, and driving process improvements within the cloud environment. Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Configuration: Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud MM implementations, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, and deployment. Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize procurement and materials management processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP MM with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, FI, PP) and third-party systems within the cloud ecosystem. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of SAP MM consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Training & Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and provide ongoing support post-implementation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Mandatory: Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations, with at least 2 years specifically in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. Strong understanding of materials management processes, including procurement, inventory management, and vendor management. Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard workshops. Familiarity with SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), SAP Central Business Configuration, and SAP Fiori UX. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
