Job Summary

We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Specialist to drive B2B sales of supply chain SaaS products (TMS, WMS, etc.) in non-retail sectors like manufacturing, automotive, FMCG, pharma, industrial goods, and 3PL. The role focuses on strategic sales and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for non-retail industries.
Build and manage a strong pipeline to meet revenue goals.
Lead full-cycle enterprise sales—from prospecting to deal closure.
Collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions for industry needs.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (supply chain, logistics, IT).
Support and guide a sales team focused on industrial sectors.
Develop partnerships with system integrators and industry partners.
Track market trends, competition, and share insights with leadership.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 2 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience in non-retail sectors.
Minimum 2 years in B2B sales with end-to-end sales cycle ownership (TMS/WMS/POS preferred).
Strong understanding of transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
Proven ability to manage complex enterprise deals.
Stable work history (minimum 2 years in an organization).
