Business Development Manager - India

Key Responsibilities:

• ⁠Identify IT industry Sellers in India & Buyers across global region.
• ⁠Onboarding Sellers / Buyers
• Business Development through Vendor Management
• Responsible for managing pricing and stock evaluations of sellers, identify and develop better business opportunities for improved growth, maintaining client relationships, analyzing current strategies, and developing improved action plans.
• ⁠Present our business model and explain the opportunities for customers.
• Responsible for improving strategic, and operational decision-making
• Generating new revenue streams
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in an IT Company .
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical mind with the ability to assess and improve operations.
• Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and ISO standards.
• Bachelor’s degree / Master's degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
