Key Responsibilities: ⁠Identify IT industry Sellers in India & Buyers across global region. ⁠Onboarding Sellers / Buyers Business Development through Vendor Management Responsible for managing pricing and stock evaluations of sellers, identify and develop better business opportunities for improved growth, maintaining client relationships, analyzing current strategies, and developing improved action plans. ⁠Present our business model and explain the opportunities for customers. Responsible for improving strategic, and operational decision-making Generating new revenue streams Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in an IT Company . Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Analytical mind with the ability to assess and improve operations. Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and ISO standards.
