We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team at a dynamic and fast-paced CFD brokerage. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client and partner relationships, and driving revenue growth across India market. This is a strategic position ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the CFD and online trading space, a strong network in the industry, and a passion for expanding market reach. Key Responsibilities: Identifying and engaging new business opportunities including IBs, affiliates, and high-value clients. Managing and nurturing existing partnerships to maximize retention and growth. Developing and executing business development strategies aligned with company objectives. Generating and converting leads through proactive outreach and networking. Collaborating with the marketing team to support campaigns and regional initiatives. Maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends, competitors, and regulatory landscape. Preparing regular reports on performance, KPIs, and market feedback. Representing the company at industry events, webinars, and meetings. Requirements: Proven experience in a business development or sales role within a CFD, Forex, or financial trading company. Strong knowledge of trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4/5. Existing network of IBs, affiliates, or institutional clients is a strong advantage. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
