Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to drive growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, promoting the company's laser products and services, negotiating deals, and collaborating with the marketing team to generate leads.

We’re expanding our precision welding solutions team in Chennai and need a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in the mould/die industry!

Your Role:

✅ 60% BD: Hunt new clients in tool rooms & manufacturing

✅ 40% Ops: Supervise welding quality & deliveries

✅ Be the bridge between customers and our technical team.

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 yrs of experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to conduct thorough market research and identify business opportunities
• Experience in the industrial laser sector or related field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel as required
