Role & responsibilities

develop business from large key accounts & Horeca ( distributors and will be responsible for Brand penetration.

Detailed Responsibility

  • to meet the sales Budget

  • Payment reconciliation
  • Basket building (Oil + Food)
  • Incumbent would be responsible for HORECA accounts business from Horeca large accounts by providing solution on end to end in assigned geography.
  • He / She will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, mapping & scanning and successful onboarding of HORECA key accounts
  • Strategy & planning preparation related to achievement of planned sales target, Active Customers, Margin and Average buying per customer
  • Coordination with finance & SCM team to ensure the customers needs and demands are met and there is no customer churn
  • Initiate, discuss & finalise the TOT with key Customers in accordance with company policy
  • Ensure that all receivables are adhered to as per the agreed terms & conditions
  • Engage in market mapping, scanning and customer requirement Analysis, Cost - benefit analysis, Feasibility/profitability Analysis, Proposal design and Negotiating on Commercials toward business development
  • Engage in New Business Initiatives, Generate Development Ideas, Monitoring Competition and Market Trends to cater the customer needs and demands
  • Coaching a Sales Trainee for Sales budget achievement, new customer activation, SOW enhancement and product Knowledge
  • Enable business growth by developing and managing a larger base of HoReCa customers across assigned city for deeper market penetration & reach
  • Ensure on time deliveries to the Horeca customers in coordination with SCM team
  • Coordinate with the dispatch team for delivery plan, logistic cost adherence etc
  • Guide and partner with Depot team on timely projection to accomplish important SKUs availability
  • Implementing good business practices and deploying company strategies and programs to the core
  • Prepare and submit weekly business plan Budget, Active customers, Non Active customers
