Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager - Growth, located in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding the company's reach in the market. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing business strategies, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to drive growth.

• Experience in business development, market research, and strategic planning
• Skills in relationship building, networking, and client management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software and business analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
