ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:.
- Establish relationships with key influencers such as Architects & Consultants
- Maintain excellent working relationships with consultants to identify new projects and provide accurate, precise and timely information to consultants/architects.
- Generate a strong and sustainable project funnel made with complete range of company products, to secure both short as well as long term goals of the Organization.
- Ensure the submitted specifications are discussed and becomes part of the project Sales
- Effectively gain specifications/acceptance of new products among key influencers.
- Conduct regular lunch & learn and training events with Architects and Design Firms on codes, standards, designs and solutions to drive brand awareness.
- Gather market intelligence and competition update; provide requisite feedback to the management.
- Closely work and coordinate with the Project Sales team to ensure conversion of specifications into actual sales.
- Participate in relationship building industry events, trade shows, associations, affiliations etc.
- Follow up on all leads generated that apply all relevant stakeholders.
