Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Faridabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include market research, lead generation, strategic planning, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Sales, and Marketing skills
• Experience in market research and lead generation
• Negotiation and Client Relationship Management skills
• Strategic planning and Analytical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills( doesn't mean that one has to be fluent in English)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is a plus
