Offline

The Offline Lead Generation BD Manager will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing lead generation activities to fuel our sales funnel by successfully tapping into the real estate broker and builder network. This role demands a mix of market and network building, hands-on execution, and collaboration with marketing and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute

    lead generation strategies

    across offline channels primarily focused on builder and broker partnerships in the commercial real estate industry .
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture high-quality leads for the sales team.
  • Build and manage a

    robust prospect database/CRM

    , ensuring accurate tracking of leads and conversions.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns that target decision-makers and influencers.
  • Conduct market research to identify

    new growth opportunities

    and target industries.
  • Implement

    outbound outreach campaigns

    (cold calling, emailing, networking).
  • Analyze lead generation performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and share regular reports.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless

    handover of leads

    and high conversion rates.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging tools.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in

    lead generation, business development, or network sales

    .
  • Proven track record of building and scaling B2B lead funnels.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in commercial real estate or interior design and build industries is a plus.
