• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers & procurement teams.
• Negotiate contracts and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
• Lead and mentor junior business development team members.

Requirements:

• Strong track record in IT staffing sales (C2C).
• Existing client/vendor network preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
