Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our client acquisition and market expansion efforts in the agriculture and solar automation space. This is a full-time role based in Ahmedabad, offered with a fixed salary structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers in the agriculture and solar sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, farmers, cooperatives, solar contractors, and institutions.
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored automation and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams for seamless execution.
• Stay updated with government schemes, subsidies, and industry developments.
• Represent the company at expos, trade events, and networking platforms.
• Prepare regular sales activity reports for management review.

Requirements:

Graduate in Engineering / Agriculture / Renewable Energy / Business. MBA preferred.

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably in agriculture or solar domains.

Knowledge of solar pumps, irrigation automation, greenhouse systems, or similar technologies is an advantage.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.

Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is a plus.
