Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and building strong business relationships. This is a strategic role with the opportunity to work closely with experienced founders and contribute to the company’s long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities in web development, branding, app development, and digital marketing
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
• Build and nurture strong client relationships
• Prepare proposals, pitch presentations, and negotiate contracts
• Collaborate with leadership to refine business development strategy
• Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of business development experience in web development, branding, app development, or digital marketing (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and project lifecycles
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven track record of achieving business development targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
• Proficiency with

  LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  and other prospecting tools
• International client acquisition experience
• Strong networking and business acumen
