We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Bengaluru (Local candidates only)

Industry: Renewable Energy / Power Solutions

CTC: Up to ₹75,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives

The company is looking for a dynamic BDM to lead our partner network and drive sales for cutting-edge Solar + Storage + Power Quality Solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Build & manage channel partner network across India
• Execute GTM strategies for innovative microgrid solutions
• Negotiate, strategize, and lead market expansion

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–10 years in B2B Sales / Channel Development (preferably in Solar, Energy Storage, or Power Electronics)
• Excellent relationship & negotiation skills
• Strong technical understanding and business acumen
