Position:

About the Role

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities for
custom eLearning development
,
LMS solutions
,
digital publishing
, and
enterprise learning engagements
.
Handle
domestic (India)
and
international market sales
including US, UK, Middle East, and APAC regions.
Manage the entire
sales cycle
from lead generation to proposal presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships with
corporates, universities, EdTech companies, and training/learning organizations
.
Work closely with solutioning, instructional design, content, and project management teams to create customized proposals and commercial offerings.
Achieve revenue targets and ensure consistent pipeline growth.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, networking platforms, and webinars.

Required Skills & Experience

4-8 years of proven experience in
Business Development / Sales roles in EdTech, eLearning, LMS, or Digital Publishing
.
Strong understanding of
custom eLearning development, LMS deployment/integration, Digital content services, SCORM/xAPI standards
, etc.
Demonstrated success in
enterprise sales
in both
domestic & international markets
.
Experience selling to
L&D heads, Training Managers, University Heads, HR Leaders, and Product Teams
.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and work independently.
