Job Description

As a Sales/Business Development Manager at this Internet/E-Commerce company located in Kakkand, Kochi, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the achievement of sales targets on a monthly basis. Your role will involve various activities including: - Generating leads and acquiring new clients. - Efficiently managing the sales cycle. - Proactively building relationships with existing and potential clients to identify their immediate and future business requirements. - Maintaining and updating the sales pipeline regularly. - Developing regular MIS reports on targets. - Leading internal review meetings for sales. - Handling client escalations and resolving them within the TAT. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, result-oriented, have a flair for sales, are dedicated and hardworking, and are responsible and disciplined. The ideal candidate should have a university degree with 0-2 years of experience. Freshers with an MBA are also encouraged to apply. Additionally, good communication skills (both written and verbal), PC literacy including Windows, Excel, and CRM, ability to handle customer calls with confidence, arrange and handle meetings with clients, speak confidently about software products, and effectively use email marketing and social media to generate future leads and customers are required.
