JOB DESCRIPTION Explore & target new business leads & opportunities in software/mobile/web development domain (US/UK/AUS markets) Interacting/calling to CIO, CEO, CFO, Top Management, Decision Makers for software/mobile/web development requirements and managing Lead Generation Process via cold calling & emails Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. Responsible for Data Mining and Market Research through internet, Building Database, Proficient in secondary research. Keep a close track on to identify and monitor competitors and research market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect sales. Must having the mindset to work in 24x7 environment. DESIRED PROFILE Should be strong in Business Development for International mkt. in IT Software domain Generating business from new accounts and existing accounts Expertise in all areas of Business Development / Lead Generation activities like bidding on different bidding portals (Elance, oDesk, etc) Coordinate with the project management team for client needs and specification to ensure smooth delivery. Should be well versed with OpenSource, web based and mobile technologies.
