About the Role

Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in drones and counter-drone systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with defence organizations, paramilitary forces, law enforcement agencies, and industrial security clients.
• Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions for clients.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in UAVs and counter-UAVs.
• Participate in tenders, RFPs, and vendor registrations with government/defence bodies.
• Represent the company in

  defence expos, exhibitions, and conferences

  .
• Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and strategic growth plans.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering.

• 3–8 years of experience

  in sales/marketing within

  Defence, Aerospace, Security, or Drone industry

  .
• Strong network with

  Defence PSUs, Armed Forces, Homeland Security, and Government Procurement Agencies

  .
• Understanding of

  UAV technologies, surveillance drones, jammers, radars, and anti-drone systems

  .
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality with a problem-solving approach.
