Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and lead a team.
Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, and proactive in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Acquire & onboard new clients (Domestic & US staffing).
Drive business development & strengthen client relationships.
Support recruitment teams in timely talent delivery.
Lead and manage a team of recruiters/BD executives.
Generate leads via networking, references & business channels.
Deliver sales pitches, negotiate contracts & close deals.
Conduct market research to spot new opportunities.
Achieve revenue targets and contribute to business growth.
