Key Responsibilities :

  • Acquire & onboard new clients (Domestic & US staffing).
  • Drive business development & strengthen client relationships.
  • Support recruitment teams in timely talent delivery.
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters/BD executives.
  • Generate leads via networking, references & business channels.
  • Deliver sales pitches, negotiate contracts & close deals.
  • Conduct market research to spot new opportunities.
  • Achieve revenue targets and contribute to business growth.
