  ServiceNow, Salesforce, Mulesoft, along with all the IT Skills

  in the Indian domestic market.
• Offer

  end-to-end staffing solutions

• 🔹 Full-time/Permanent Hiring
• Identify, understand, and respond to client needs for roles like Developers, Admins, Architects, and Consultants within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure

  repeat business

  and

  account growth

  .
• Collaborate with recruitment/delivery teams to ensure

  quality submissions

  and

  quick turnaround

  .
• Negotiate commercials, terms, and SLAs aligned with Indian staffing standards.
• Stay updated on

  market trends

  , client hiring patterns, and competitor activities.
• Consistently achieve or exceed

  monthly/quarterly revenue and placement targets

  .

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years

  of experience in

  Domestic IT Staffing (India market)

  .

• At least 1+ years

  of hands-on experience in

  ServiceNow/ERP-based hiring

  .
• Proven track record in

  Contract, C2H, and Full-Time

  recruitment models for Indian clients.
• Strong

  networking skills

  across Indian IT companies, system integrators, and product firms.
• Excellent

  communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  .
• Ability to independently manage

  client acquisition, relationship building, and account growth
