Business Development Manager

Managed end to end client relationship.Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive analysis. Monitor industry trends and gather market intelligence to inform business strategies.Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new leads and potential clients. Build a robust pipeline of opportunities and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to address their business challenges.Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.Networking & Partnerships: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and promote the companys offerings. Identify strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance business growth.Proposals & Presentations: Create and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals that are aligned with company objectives.Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, and operations) to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered effectively.Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on sales performance, business development activities, and client feedback. Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts and adjust strategies as needed.Budget Management: Manage business development budgets and resources effectively, ensuring cost-effective implementation of sales strategies and activities.
