About Us: Universal Relocations is a globally trusted relocation company with a strong presence in India, the USA, and the UAE. We are committed to providing seamless end-to-end mobility solutions, including international and domestic relocations, DSP, warehousing, and logistics services. Our Delhi branch plays a crucial role in supporting key government and diplomatic accounts. Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to take full ownership of our Delhi branch operations, with a specialized focus on governmental account coordination, government account handling, and business development. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between Universal Relocations and various governmental bodies, ensuring smooth coordination of official moves and strengthening our presence in the Delhi NCR region. Key Responsibilities: Coordination & Liaison for Governmental accounts: Serve as the on-ground point of contact for the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and other governmental departments. Ensure seamless coordination for diplomatic moves, official relocations, and special shipments. Facilitate end-to-end documentation, approvals, and compliance as per government protocols. Represent Universal Relocations in all governmental meetings, site visits, and inspections. Branch Operations: Oversee daily operations of the Delhi branch, ensuring service quality and operational efficiency. Manage local staff, vendors, packers, and third-party providers. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards in execution and client servicing. Monitor branch KPIs and submit regular reports to senior management. Business Development & Client Servicing: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, especially within the government, diplomatic, PSU, and embassy sectors. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, both institutional and individual. Participate in tenders, RFPs, and networking events relevant to governmental and diplomatic logistics. Coordinate closely with internal teams (pricing, operations, customer service) to ensure competitive and tailored solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant post-graduate degree preferred. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in relocations/logistics, with direct exposure to government coordination. Familiarity with governmental protocols, diplomatic shipments, and customs clearances is a must. Strong operational knowledge with a customer-focused approach. Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Hindi is a must). High level of discretion and professionalism in dealing with government stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities independently. Strong problem-solving skills and on-ground agility.
