Accounts Receivable (Must know hindi to speak) We are a professional international relocation company seeking suitable candidates for our India office operations. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and issuing invoices for import & export shipments. Preparing and issuing invoices for domestic shipments. Preparing insurance invoices Preparing agent invoices Issue Release Orders for all Import and Export shipments. Following up on outstanding payments. Update records in Salesforce Send outstanding statements to the sales team Performing bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records. Preparing commission statements for sales team. Preparing Monthly India Sales Reports for Management Share Monthly Sales Reports with the team Monitoring accounts receivable and ensuring timely collections. Coordinating with internal departments and clients for payment-related queries. Maintaining accurate financial records and reports related to receivables. Requirements: Experience with Zoho books and Must speak Hindi Job Type: Full-timePay: 18,000.00 - 23,000.00 per month Work Location: In person (Okkiyam Thoraipakkam, OMR) Job Type: Permanent Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
