Job Description

Boehringer Ingelheim India Pvt Ltd is looking for Business Development Manager CRM to join our team

Meet or exceed sales goals through consultative selling and providing high-level customer service in hospitals and with Health Care Professionals (HCPs).
Develop territory mapping to ensure effective call frequency on targeted hospitals and practitioners.
Proactively develop customer relationships by understanding and providing appropriate solutions.
Plan and organize sales strategies using Hospital and Clinician reports to maximize focus on appropriate targets.
Execute business plans for the territory with sales plans at the hospital and healthcare professional level.
Complete administrative assignments in a timely manner, maintaining customer records and recording samples.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or Diploma.
Willingness to travel extensively and ability to learn mechanism of action and clinical application concepts easily.
Adaptability is critical to quickly respond to changing situations and priorities.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, relating to and comparing data from different sources.
Commit to a course of action based on logical assumptions and factual information.
Ability to use various technology tools and acclimate quickly.
