Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Gurugram, India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, and driving the growth of the company. Daily tasks include market research, sales strategy development, negotiations, and closing deals. The role involves collaborating with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Negotiation
• Proven ability in Market Research and Strategic Planning
• Excellent Communication and Relationship Management skills
• Experience with CRM software and Sales Tracking tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the education or tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
