Role: Business Development Manager (Recruiting) in US IT Staffing Required Experience: 10+ Years Location: Noida (Onsite) Job type: Full Time / Night Shift (Mon-Fri) Timings: 7:00 PM 4:00 AM IST ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Understanding the client requirements and handling the client Queries. - Passionate about IT consulting - Business Development / Lead generation. Understand the client requirements and handle the client queries - Business Development & Client Relationship Management with US corporate/MNC companies for both contract & permanent staff. - Shall be a lead point of contact for any/all key client matters, anticipate the client needs, manage projects efficiently, negotiate commercial terms and generate sales. Must have prior relationships with Tier 1/1 End Clients and a consistent track record of placements with them. - Interact with clients on a daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfil. Get involved in the complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to placing. - Must have contacts with HR/Hiring Managers at companies where we can become a preferred vendor or must be able to reach out to various companies (Business Development) - Experience related to US IT Staffing, Managed Services (VMS/MSP) etc. - Responsible for getting New Leads/Requirements from Tier 1/Direct Clients - Should have a deep understanding of the US Staffing business processes and experience - Should be well versed with the complete life cycle of US recruitment. - Coordinating with the recruitment teams, setting priorities and to ensure that client requirements, delivery and hiring are met in a timely manner. - Must have excellent communication skills.
