Key Responsibilities: Business Growth: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive sustained revenue growth. Franchise Development: Lead the entire franchise acquisition lifecycle, from lead generation to onboarding and support. Client Relationship Management: Build and manage high-impact relationships with prospective investors and strategic partners. Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Cross-functional Alignment: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution and brand consistency. Market & Competitor Analysis: Provide insights based on industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to shape business direction. Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, prepare reports, and offer actionable insights for continuous improvement. Qualifications & Competencies: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. 1-2 years of experience in business development, franchise sales, or strategic partnerships. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work autonomously and deliver in a high-performance environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Position Title: Digital & Marketplace Lead Department: Digital Commerce & Growth Reports To: Director Sales Role Summary: Mad4Detailing is seeking a high-energy, performance-driven Digital & Marketplace Lead to manage our online sales presence across D2C, Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces. This role is responsible for driving revenue, optimizing channel performance, and ensuring seamless execution of all digital commerce initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead sales operations across marketplaces including product listings, pricing, promotions, and ratings. Own performance marketing campaigns (Amazon SP, Flipkart Ads, Google Shopping, etc.). Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure high-performing listings. Monitor seller health metrics and maintain compliance on all platforms. Optimize the D2C website for conversions: pricing, bundles, and checkout UX. Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards on GMV, CAC, ROAS, and inventory sync. Collaborate with the Ops and Fulfillment team for smooth deliveries and returns.
