Business Development Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Domestic Business Development Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the domestic market. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns and strategies.
• Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to inform strategy and identify growth areas.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Manage a sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role with a proven record of exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Deep understanding of sales and business growth techniques.
• A results-driven and self-motivated attitude.
