Job Description

We are looking for anenergetic and goal-driven Business Development Manager to join ourgrowing team. This key role will focus on expanding our client base,identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strategic partnerships.The right candidate will have a strong background in market analysis,networking, and new business creation. KeyResponsibilities: Market Research Opportunity Identification: Proactively seek new market opportunities, assess industry trends, and evaluate the competitive landscape. Lead Generation Networking: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential leads through outreach, networking, and research. Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders. Sales Strategy: Partner with the sales and marketing teams to design and implement strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding into untapped markets. Client Proposals Presentations: Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients. Negotiation Contract Finalization: Lead contract negotiations to secure business deals that are beneficial for both the company and clients. Performance Tracking Reporting: Monitor business development activities, provide regular updates to leadership, and adjust strategies as needed. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure business development goals are aligned with company objectives. QualificationsSkills: Experience in business development, sales, or a related field, ideally in Home Automation or Electronics Industry. Strong knowledge of market research, business strategy, and lead generation techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to build and sustain partnerships with clients and key industry players. Self-driven with the ability to meet targets and work independently. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM platforms and business development tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM). A Bachelordegree in Business, Marketing, or arelated field is preferred.
