Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Engage with qualified clients and drive the sales process from requirement gathering to project sign-off
  • Conduct in-depth discovery and solution alignment meetings to understand client needs and project goals
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, project scope documents, presentations, and commercial quotations
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and timelines to close custom projects ranging from 5L to 20L+
  • Finalize all contractual documentation and secure client approval to initiate delivery
  • Ensure a smooth handover of signed projects to the delivery team with clear scope, milestones, and deliverables
  • Maintain and manage all project deal stages through CRM, ensuring accuracy in pipeline and forecasting
  • Regularly coordinate with internal teams to assess project feasibility, pricing models, and delivery timelines

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in closing deals for HRMS, ERP, LMS, fleet, or marketplace platforms
  • Prior experience working with international clients (SAARC, Middle East, GCC)
  • Exposure to pre-sales coordination and solutioning in custom software development
