1) Lead and manage aftermarket sales of Eicher Genuine Spare Parts & Lubricants.
2) Develop sales strategies to increase market share in the aftermarket segment.
3) Build strong relationships with retailers, mechanics, fleet owners, transporters, and channel partners.
4) Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets for parts and lubricants.
5) Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify business opportunities.
6) Ensure availability of parts & lubricants by coordinating with warehouse and supply chain teams.
7) Conduct training sessions for the sales team and channel partners to improve product knowledge.
8) Regularly track performance, prepare sales reports, and present insights to management.
