Role & responsibilities

Warehouse Cleaniness and Safety -
Lead safety training programs for warehouse staff to promote awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
Inventory Management and Control -
Implement inventory control measures to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
Order Fulfillment -
Develop and execute efficient order picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet customer requirements.
Warehouse Operations -
Optimize warehouse layout, storage systems, and workflows to maximize space utilization and pick path optimization to enhance productivity.
Team Leadership & Management -
Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback, coaching, and recognition to promote professional growth and development among team members.
Customer Relationship and satisfaction -
Collaborate closely with sales and customer service teams to gain insights into customer needs and preferences.
