Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Interaction: Responding to inquiries, understanding client needs, and effectively conveying the value proposition of our products and services.

2. Quotation Preparation: Crafting accurate and competitive quotations based on client requirements and company pricing policies.

3. Relationship Management: Establishing and nurturing strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and encourage repeat business.

4. Digital Etiquette: Demonstrating proficiency in professional email writing and maintaining high standards of digital communication etiquette.

5. Client Satisfaction: Ensuring client satisfaction by addressing concerns, providing effective solutions, and exceeding expectations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or relationship management.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a deep understanding of digital communication etiquette.

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and cultivating client relationships.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Willingness to work from our office in Sanand, India.
