Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for an ambitious and forward-thinking Business Development Manager with experience or a strong interest in the blockchain, crypto, and Web3 space . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, expanding our market presence, and driving revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives. If you're passionate about emerging technologies and have a proven knack for closing deals, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential clients, partners, and investors in the blockchain, crypto, DeFi, NFT, or Web3 ecosystem. Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the company’s presence in global blockchain markets. Pitch products/services such as crypto tokens, smart contract solutions, NFT platforms, exchanges, and blockchain-based tools to prospective clients. Attend blockchain conferences, networking events, and virtual summits to represent the company and generate leads. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create customized proposals and client-centric solutions. Monitor blockchain industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and values. Maintain CRM systems and provide weekly reports on pipeline development, conversions, and partnerships. Requirements: 3+ years of business development, sales, or partnership experience, with 1+ years in blockchain, crypto, or Web3-related projects . Strong understanding of blockchain concepts (e.g., tokens, wallets, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, decentralized, and remote-first environment.
