Job Description:
Hiring a Business Development Manager (Female Only) with 1+ year experience. Role includes lead generation, client communication, handling inquiries, and supporting onboarding. Candidate must have strong communication, confidence, and CRM handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads and follow up on prospects
Handle client communication and explain services professionally
Schedule meetings, prepare proposals, and support client onboarding
Maintain CRM and client databases
Collaborate with internal teams to align services with client needs
Represent the brand at meetings, seminars, and events if required
Required Skills:
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Confidence in client interaction
Basic knowledge of sales pipeline and lead handling
Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
