Roles and responsibilities Identify, approach, and build partnerships with schools, colleges, and private venue owners. Pitch Hoppr model: where we construct, operate, and manage the sports infrastructure. Develop proposals, pitch decks, and custom plans for potential partners. Negotiate win-win deals that enable Hoppr to set up and run centres effectively. Present weekly/monthly progress reports to the founders. Qualifications 4–7 years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, or institutional sales. Strong network in education or real estate domains (schools, colleges, landowners, etc.) is preferred. Candidates with experience in EdTech, coaching institutes, or similar domains involving school/college partnerships will be preferred. Their understanding of institutional sales and stakeholder management will be a strong advantage. Experience in franchising, leasing, or facility management is a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel locally/regionally for meetings and site visits. Passion for sports, education, and infrastructure development. Salary Range: 5-10 Lacs per annum (Incentive additional)
