This is a founder-office role with high ownership, coordination responsibilities, and direct involvement in content & client operations. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming & outgoing business calls Schedule client consultations & internal meetings Process and track leads from social media, calls & website Coordinate with content team, editors & support staff Maintain CRM, follow-up sheets, appointment calendars Assist MD in managing daily operations & communications Ensure smooth client experience and timely responses Support backend activities for online learning & live sessions Ideal CandidateStrong communication in English & Hindi Well-spoken, confident, and professional Good coordination & follow-up skills Familiar with social media, YouTube, content workflows Structured working style & time management Comfortable in a fast-paced founder-driven environment Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace / CRM tools QualificationsGraduate preferred (Business / Communication / Humanities) Prior experience in BD / client-servicing / coordination is an advantage Freshers with excellent communication may also apply CompensationCompetitive Salary + Performance Incentives Work ModelOn-site at MD Office 6-day work week Confidential & disciplined work environment
