Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth and strategic partnerships for our travel business. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in developing new markets and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
· Understand market trends and competitor activities to formulate strategies
· Create and implement business plans for expanding customer base
· Collaborate with internal teams to align on service offerings and customer satisfaction
· Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in business development (Travel industry preferred, but open to candidates from other sectors)
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Fluency in the local language is essential
· Ability to work independently and handle client meetings effectively
