Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities to expand market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions to clients.
Prepare and present business proposals, pitch decks, and reports to management.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and business meetings.
Skills & Requirements:
Proven track record of success in Business Development / Sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and team player.
