Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Generation Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Pitch products/services to prospective clients and close deals Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business Lead Management Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through various channels (calls, emails, networking, etc.) Maintain and update CRM with lead status and follow-up activities Market Research & Strategy Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior Recommend improvements to products/services or marketing strategies Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new business Proposal & Presentation Development Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure alignment and timely delivery Reporting & Analysis Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts Provide regular updates to senior management on market insights and client feedback Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Morning shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
