Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies. Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and cold calling. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships. Achieve sales targets and drive business growth in assigned markets. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Negotiate and close deals with clients. Maintain accurate records of business development activities and sales performance. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience (X+ years) as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
