We're Hiring a Business Development Manager
Fox Energy is a dynamic and fast-growing company in the renewable energy sector, committed to delivering innovative energy solutions. We are looking for motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Pipeline Building:- Actively generating leads through referrals and cold outreach to establish robust and consistent sales pipeline along with addressing meetings being scheduled by the presales team
- Initial Prospect Assessment:- Conduct preliminary meetings with the qualified leads to understand the needs, challenges and behaviors of potential customers by engaging in meaningful interaction with prospects, addressing initial objections and generating interest to qualify leads to ensure alignment with the company's offering
- Suspect to Meeting Conversions:- Optimize efforts to improve qualified leads into productive meetings and actionable opportunities
- Insights Generation and Reporting:- Analyze interactions and market data to produce actionable insights, sharing finding with the team to refine sales strategies
- Customer Relationship Management:- Build and nurture lasting relationship with prospects and clients to ensure ongoing engagement and future business opportunities coming through
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in solar field.
Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to dynamic business needs and travel locally as required.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
