Business Development Manager (BDM) - IT Sales

You will be responsible for driving growth and building strong client relationships in the IT industry. Your main duties will include identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, delivering sales presentations, collaborating with internal teams, meeting sales targets, and providing timely reports to management. - Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT sector. - Build and maintain strong client relationships for customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. - Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of client projects. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain accurate sales records and provide timely reports to management. - Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales or business development. - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. - Strong understanding of IT products, software solutions, and digital technologies. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
