On recent developments - StampMyVisa has acquired Teleport, a new-age travel tech startup having presence in South India and backed by top Indian startup founders including Kunal Shah (CRED), Vidit Aatrey (Meesho), and Phanindra Sama (RedBus). This strategic acquisition marks a significant milestone in SMVs mission to simplify and scale visa services across India and Southeast Asia, combining Teleport’s digital-first, young travelers focussed product DNA with StampMyVisa’s operational strength and B2B depth. Role & responsibilities Identify, onboard, and manage travel agents and B2B partners for visa services. Generate new leads, pitch services, and convert opportunities into sales. Provide timely information on visa requirements, pricing, and processes to partners. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collect market intelligence, track competitor activities, and suggest strategies to stay ahead. Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and partner interactions in CRM/portal. Upsell/cross-sell additional services (insurance, e-sim, etc.) when relevant. Ensure smooth coordination across stakeholders such as operations, accounts team, and customers Preferred candidate profile Minimum 1 year of experience/some internship experience in sales, client servicing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively. Customer-first approach with problem-solving attitude. Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Prior experience in B2B sales (preferably in the visa/travel industry) will be an added advantage.
