Hi Way Road Tech Pvt Ltd, a leading manufacturer and supplier of thermoplastic road marking paint, traffic signages, solar blinkers, and safety solutions, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive our growth across India and international markets.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new project opportunities in the public and private infrastructure sector, building strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and government authorities, and converting leads into successful contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue business opportunities in the road safety and infrastructure domain
• Build and maintain a network of clients including contractors, consultants, and municipal bodies
• Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and quotations
• Track government tenders, EPC projects, and infrastructure developments
• Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, supply, and execution support
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, specifications, and compliance requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 3–7 years of experience in business development, preferably in infrastructure or road safety sector
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with tendering processes and government e-procurement portals
• Willingness to travel as needed
