Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Pitch and present services to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, operations) to deliver customized solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements in line with client requirements.
• Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience (2–5 years) in Business Development / Sales.(Prefer workimg experience in an Agency)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and close deals.
• Target-driven with a strong focus on results.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, or creative solutions is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
