Business Development Manager (BDM)

As a Sales/Business Development Manager in the Internet/E-Commerce industry, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the achievement of sales targets on a monthly basis. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Generating leads and acquiring new clients. - Efficiently managing the sales cycle. - Proactively building relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their immediate and future business requirements. - Maintaining and updating the sales pipeline regularly. - Developing regular MIS reports on targets. - Leading internal review meetings for sales. - Handling client escalations and resolving them within the agreed turnaround time. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, result-oriented, have a flair for sales, are dedicated and hardworking, and display responsibility and discipline. The qualifications and skills required for this role include: - University degree with 0-2 years of experience, freshers with an MBA can also apply. - Good communication skills, both written and verbal. - PC literacy including proficiency in Windows, Excel, and CRM software. - Ability to handle customer calls confidently. - Proficiency in arranging and conducting meetings with clients. - Confidence in discussing software products with clients. - Effective use of email marketing and social media to generate future leads and customers. - Experience in IT/software sales is a plus.
