Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Identify, approach, and convert high-potential clients through field visits and networking.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Guide and support the sales team in achieving collective goals.
• Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and client needs.
• Create detailed reports and presentations for management review.
• Represent the company at networking events, expos, and client meetings.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid license.
• Fluency in English or Hindi is mandatory (both preferred).
• Prior experience as a Medical Representative or knowledge of IT services is a strong plus.
• Confident, persuasive, and proactive personality.
• Smart, vigilant, and quick decision-maker.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to think out-of-the-box and bring innovative solutions to client needs.
• Highly responsive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
