Job Summary As a Sales Officer, you will be the face of Bramhakarjya in the field. This is a hands-on, target-driven role focused on expanding our service area and increasing our reach. You will be responsible for on-the-ground activities, from onboarding new service partners (Pandits) to acquiring new customers within your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Service Area Expansion: Travel within your designated territory to promote Bramhakarjya's platform and services. Qualifications and Skills Experience: 1-3 years of experience in field sales, marketing, community outreach, or a similar role. Experience in FMCG, pharma, telecom, or service industries is a strong plus. Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the local geography and communities within your assigned territory. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Odia fluency is a must). Persuasive, energetic, and self-motivated. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. Resilient and comfortable with a target-driven field job.
